Frequency (KPI) in Integration Cockpit

Frequency is a KPI to indicate how frequent an interface is being executed.

Depending on the runtime (message processing), the Integration Cockpit analyses the traffic of the last 8 days and determines how frequent the execution takes place. The ranges are defined as follows:

RangeMessages / week
1: Lowless than 50
2: Mediummore than (equal) 50, less than 500
3: Highmore than (equal) 500, less than 5000
4: Very Highmore than (equal) 5000

The calculation considers all message status, except “ENDED” (discarded, abandoned, cancelled) for SAP Cloud Integration (SAP_IS_CI)

So far, the following interface types are supported:

  • SAP_IS_CI – SAP BTP: Cloud Integration
  • SAP_IS_APIM – SAP BTP: API Management
  • SAP_PO – SAP Process Orchestration
  • SAP_IDOC – SAP ABAP: IDoc
  • SAP_XI – SAP ABAP: SOAP XI
